End-User License Agreement

Monkey Margin is an inventory, sales, grading, market tracking, and accounting support application for collectible-card sellers. Access is provided only to authorized users. You may use the application only for lawful business and personal inventory management purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Monkey Margin. No ownership interest in the software, source code, design, or related systems is transferred to you.

You retain responsibility for the accuracy of inventory, sales, grading, market, and accounting information entered into or imported into the application.

Monkey Margin may process data from services you connect, including eBay and Intuit QuickBooks, solely to provide the features you request.

Some features depend on third-party platforms such as eBay, Intuit QuickBooks, Supabase, and hosting or infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Monkey Margin is not responsible for outages, changes, data availability, or API limitations from third-party services.

Monkey Margin may help organize sales, cost, fee, and accounting data, but it does not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. You should review important accounting and tax decisions with a qualified professional.

You may not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the application to violate another service's rules or applicable law.

The application is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, improved, limited, or discontinued over time as the product evolves.

Monkey Margin is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for claims related to use of the application is limited to the amount paid to access the application during the three months before the claim.

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if access is no longer authorized, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.
